WHY IS THIS COFFEE SPECIAL?
🌿 An exclusive Gesha microlot from Veracruz
This coffee comes from a microlot from Finca El Capulín, grown by Atilano Fernández in the mountains of Chiconquiaco, Veracruz. The Gesha variety is one of the most prized in the world for its extraordinary aromatic complexity and its elegance in the cup.
🌄 Grown in the mountains of Veracruz
At an altitude of 1,280 meters, the humid climate, frequent mists, and fertile soils of this region favor a slow maturation of the cherries, resulting in a sweet, clean coffee full of nuances.
💧 Traditional washed process
The cherries are pulped and fermented using a traditional process before being sun-dried on patios. This method enhances the clarity of the cup and allows the appreciation of the delicate floral and fruity notes characteristic of Gesha.
🔥 Freshly roasted in Barcelona
Each batch is carefully roasted in small quantities to preserve the full aromatic complexity of the Gesha and highlight its floral character, natural sweetness, and extraordinary cleanliness in the cup.
