Born in the small community of La Soledad into a family dedicated to growing coffee. He belongs to the second generation of coffee growers in his family, and inherited from his parents the love for caring for coffee plants. Together with his wife, they work with great dedication and care on the 1 hectare plot they have. The passion with which they work their land, the richness of its volcanic soils, the majestic vegetation, the climate and the privileged altitude are the factors that directly influence obtaining a coffee of excellent quality.
The Solitude, Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico
Ejido La Soledad is a beautiful community immersed in the mountains of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. To get to this place, it is necessary to walk along paths between rocks and rivers, cross long bridges made of wood and walk among the mules that pass through the
road carrying and bringing everything they need in the community. The neighbors of the place are mostly small coffee producers, their plants are located on the slopes of the mountain, they are
lands that are difficult to access and every year they use mules to bring their crops down to the nearest town from where they are transported in vehicles for distribution.
