Bag of 250g of 100% Arabica organic coffee of Chiapas origin ground for espresso coffee makers.
Chiapas is one of the states that produce the most Arabica coffee in Mexico, which is why our cooperative La Chiapaneca purchases coffee from this state. We work with small coffee producers, aware of the environment, fair work, respect for the coffee farmer and coffee marketing.
Our coffee is harvested from September to January and is collected manually: the 300 producers move from their homes to their plots every day for the good care and management of the coffee plantations, and thus obtain exotic fruit, chocolate and roasted nuts characteristics, a good exceptional cup.
To contribute as a cooperative in the care of Arabica coffee from start to finish we roast and grind coffee in Catalonia (Barcelona) in a natural way (without sugars), and we preserve its quality thanks to the packaging, wish has a valve and the coffee remains fresh as if it were freshly toasted.
The medium roast of our espresso ground coffee is ideal to be able to have an intense flavour without losing the fruit, chocolate and roasted walnuts flavors. A long and pleasant taste when you try it in a home espresso machine, in an Italian moka machine and in the Aeropress machine.
As a cooperative with business ethics, a part of our profits will also go to social projects in Chiapas.
